The 12th Annual Blanton Fun Run will be taking place on

Friday, March 27, 2020!

 

The Blanton Elementary PTA is kicking off its annual flagship fundraising event, The 12th Annual Blanton Fun Run, to be held this year on March 27, 2020.

This fundraiser consists of an all-day event that promotes physical activity and encourages school spirit in children, family members, staff and faculty of Blanton. The children in grades Kindergarten through 5th will walk/run for 20 minutes to raise money via individual donors. We do flat dollar amount donations, we will not do per lap pledges. Donations can be made online or in the form of cash or check.

Our goal for student donations this year is $25,000!

This year for online donations, we are trying something new! Online donations can easily be made by family and friends with our new pledge system, 99Pledges. Each student will have their own donation page where they can track donations and easily send their link to family & friends via email and other social media channels.

Simply search by first name to find your student’s pledge page. You do not need to log in or change anything, simply make a donation for whatever you can and share your student’s link with friends and family.

Spirt signs and Shout-outs will also be available for purchase by parents and guests. All money from shout-outs and spirit sign purchases will count toward your student’s final donation amount. For Shout-outs, simply pledge $25.00 or more and enter your shout out in the comments section at Check Out. For individual donations $75.00 or more you may show your receipt in the front office to receive your blank spirit sign that you can then decorate for your student. Spirit signs to be displayed around the track on the day of the Fun Run. Spirit Signs are due back into the office by 3:30pm March, 26th

On March 6th, a pledge envelope will be sent home with your student(s) to collect any cash and/or check donations. Cash and Check donations are due by Thursday, March 26th to count toward individual student awards. Online pledging will close at 11:59pm on March 26th.

1st grade 9:20-10:05

2nd grade 10:10-10:55

3rd grade 11:00-11:45

4th grade 11:50-12:35

5th grade 12:40-1:25

Come to the rear of the school (park in the front) and cheer on your Blanton student 

This is our primary fundraiser for the year, we do not sell candy, wrapping paper, etc. door to door. Please consider donating as money will directly benefit your student at Blanton Elementary!
